Red Cabbage and Pear Salad

Refresh yourself with this healthy and beautiful salad!

- 100 gms red cabbage (raw and shredded).
- a small red onion (finely chopped - optional).
- 1 pear (ideally conference variety).
- a handful of pine nuts.
- 2 spoonfuls of youghurt.
- 1 teaspoonful of brown mustard.
- 1 teaspoonful of red vingear.
- salt and pepper.
- 2 spoonfuls of olive oil.
Make a sauce by mixing together the youghrut, mustard, vinegar and then incoprorating the olive oil.

Place the rest of the ingredients together ina salad bowl, season and add the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
