Cocktail preparation at Mina Seyahi

A fusion of delightful flavours in a unique 'Take me home' prepared by Rohit Naik for an international cocktail making competition "Bols around the world 2013"

Try this signature cocktail by Rohit Naik at The Westin Hotel, Dubai Mina Seyahi

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 ml Bols Genever
  • 45 ml Bols Yoghurt Liqueur
  • 45 ml Fresh coconut milk
  • 2 Bar spoons of jaggery
  • 3 Pods of cardamom
  • Ice cubes made of rose water

 

GARNISH:

  • Rose petals
  • Cardamom pods
  • Hang curd balls - soaked in Yoghurt Liqueur

 

METHOD:

  • Muddle cardamom with jaggery in Boston glass
  • Add coconut milk and Bols Genever
  • Add Bols Yoghurt Liqueur
  • Put ice cubes and shake well
  • Double strain it and serve in the copper glass
  • Garnish it with rose petals and cardamom
  • Serve with soaked hang curd balls
